[ACADEMIA] Feb. 3, 2017 – Vaccaro-Incisa invited to speak at Moscow State University on International Investment Law

Feb. 3, 2017 – Within the framework of the International Law Lectures organized by Threefold Legal Advisors under at the auspices of the European Society of International Law (ESIL), Prof. Vaccaro-Incisa has been invited to speak at Moscow State University on the topic “Investment Arbitration: Evil or Scapegoat? New Trends in Investment Treaty Making“.

The lecture will focus on the evolution of Russian treaty making in the field, with reference both to investment cases brought against Russia by foreign investors, and cases brought by Russian investors against other States.

On Feb. 4th, Prof. Vaccaro-Incisa also served as judge for the advanced rounds of the Russian National Championship of the Philip C. Jessup International Law Moot Court Competition, administered by Threefold Legal Advisors and White&Case LLP.
