[LITIGATION] 2012 – Trieste Court rules in favor of Mr. Vaccaro in harmful interference case

2012 – With Decision no. 861/2012, the Court of Trieste has ruled in favor of the client of Mr. F. Vaccaro.

It should be noted that the Italian judge based its jurisdiction upon the European Regulation n. 44/2001.
